The hotel was a reasonable cost and was good
The bed had a really hard mattress so it was very uncomfortable. The rooms are very noisy from other guests in the corridor returning and talking loudly. The room itself was clean and we have no complaints WE HAVE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE OVERALL SERVICE OF BOOKING.COM WHO DESPITE PROMISING TWICE TO CALL US BACK IN REGARDS TO OUR PERSONAL DETAILS BEING ACCESSED AND SCAM EMAILS BEING SENT TO US ON BOOKING.COM BRANDED EMAILS AS WELL AS MONEY BEING TAKEN FROM OUR CREDIT CARD WE WILL AFTER OVER 10 YEARS NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WE WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. READING ONLINE QUITE CLEARLY WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WITH COMPLAINTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.
