Converted and restored in 2015 from two conserved art deco apartment blocks built in the 50s and 60s, Link Hotel Singapore offers accommodations located in the heart of heritage-rich Tiong Bahru, a 25-minute drive from Changi Airport. It offers 3 dining options and free WiFi is available in rooms. Guests have access to the hotel's rooftop fitness centre and can enjoy drinks at the rooftop bar.

It is 1 km to Chinatown. Link Hotel Singapore is 3 km from the vibrant Orchard Road and 6.5 km to Sentosa Island. It is a 5-minute drive from Vivocity, Singapore’s largest shopping mall. Aviary-style bird cages and abacus-inspired pillars decorate the lobby of this boutique-style accommodation, with both buildings connected by Link Bridge. The hotel was a reasonable cost and was good

The bed had a really hard mattress so it was very uncomfortable. The rooms are very noisy from other guests in the corridor returning and talking loudly. The room itself was clean and we have no complaints WE HAVE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE OVERALL SERVICE OF BOOKING.COM WHO DESPITE PROMISING TWICE TO CALL US BACK IN REGARDS TO OUR PERSONAL DETAILS BEING ACCESSED AND SCAM EMAILS BEING SENT TO US ON BOOKING.COM BRANDED EMAILS AS WELL AS MONEY BEING TAKEN FROM OUR CREDIT CARD WE WILL AFTER OVER 10 YEARS NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WE WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. READING ONLINE QUITE CLEARLY WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WITH COMPLAINTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. Great location! Close to transport and food outlets! A little dated but clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location, close to transport (it was so easy to get around by bus and MRT) and less than 200m walk to an excellent hawker centre (Tiong Bahru) and some great restaurants! Reymond on the front desk was very friendly and helpful, as was everyone else on staff that we encountered.

The bed was much firmer than we are used to (but that may have helped my back ) and it seemed a bit short. I am only 165cm and my toes were hanging over the end when sleeping on my stomach but that is probably because of the way I sleep forward on my pillows. It’s probably a standard double bed only. Would have liked a wardrobe to hang clothes. No iron but one was brought up when I asked. Telephone didn’t seem to work, so we had to go down to reception to request anything. Staff forgot to service our room 2 days in a row but quickly rectified this when I asked about it. There was no powerpoint near where the kettle was so we had to place the kettle on a chair. A narrow table here would be a good idea, as would a mirror (the only mirror was in the bathroom and no outlet there for hair dryer). Could do with a powerpoint at each bedside table, not just one. Gym and laundromat were not available - possibly a carry over from the Covid pandemic. Hotel is a little dated but it was generally clean and we would stay here again in a bigger room, perhaps.

Good enough for what you pay

Hotel that, at it's price range, gives a guest all that he needs. The location gives you good access to food from morning breakfast to late night supper within walking distance. Hotel staff is friendly and tries hard.

Little bits of tardiness, such as not having a toilet roll. Certain small items, toilet roll holder, has seen better days and needed a change. Television is a tad small, given that in the bigger rooms, guests lying in bed will be a good few meters from the tele.

Staff very friendly and helpful, local area was nice for cafes and also had late night chinese food. No problem with getting taxi. Room was a good size. Housekeeping staff were good. Room was on the main road side but no problems with traffic noise. Air con available and room temperature was comfortable.

Overall aspect was tired, room lacked decor and character. Gym was unavailable during our stay but no other alternatives were offered by the hotel, eg guest pass at local gym. No wardrobe or drawers in the room. Bed was hard although not uncomfortable - this might be a problem for some people. Small bathroom. No soft lighting

Everything was perfect. I love and enjoyed my stay. The WIFI should definitely be improved.

The room was extremely clean. The staff was extremely responsive. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Good enough, but not wow

The location is great

The room was moldy and humid. The water from the shower was cold. Had problems with my credit and debit card and the hotel was very rude stopping me in the middle of the night to not let me in my room if I did not immediately pay.

Overall good stay. Will come again

Everything went well no big issues. Wifi was very weak - 50% of the time could not get internet from room; seem to happen at evening times - mornings were much better.

Noise level went up during weekends due to singing and music in room #401. I could hear much banging noise from 9pm to midnight. Wifi was very weak sporadically - sometimes wrong signal - sometimes no signal.

Perfect location for 5 night stay made even better by the superb staff

The very best thing about the hotel is the staff. Without exception they were all super friendly and accommodating. The location is exceptional and it was great value for money.

The rooms are not luxurious by any stretch but they are quite adequate and offer outstanding value
